Location

The Sol Sun Beach is located in Costa Adeje. Costa Adeje is one of the most modern and tranquil holiday resorts in Tenerife.
It is centrally located right on the promenade and offers direct access to the famous sandy beach "Playa de Fañabé", close to dining options and shops.
The Puerto Colon marina is approx. 400 m away and the Siam Park is approx. 4 km away. Golf courses are in the immediate vicinity.

A multi-storey, terraced complex built towards the sea with a total of 131 residential units. Reception, lounge with TV, restaurant, bar, self-service laundry for a fee. Large pool landscape surrounded by sun terraces with sun loungers and parasols, snack bar (for a fee). Pool towels are available (against deposit, exchange € 1). Balinese beds for a fee.

Studio

The studios are brightly and comfortably furnished and feature a kitchenette (fridge, oven with hob, ceramic hob (4 burners), filter coffee machine, toaster and kettle) with dining area, lounge with sofa bed (3rd person) and visually separated sleeping area, bathroom/WC with hairdryer and toiletries. They are equipped with telephone, air conditioning, fans, rental safe (for a fee and deposit), Wi-Fi included, satellite flat-screen TV and balcony or terrace (S12). Also bookable for single use (S11).

Apartment Superior Sea View (TFSB10)

Apartments (XTRA Room Sea View) feature a kitchenette (fridge, oven with hob, ceramic hob with 4 burners, filter coffee machine, toaster and kettle) with dining area, sofa, separated sleeping area, bathroom/WC with hairdryer and toiletries, and are equipped with telephone, air conditioning, fans, rental safe (for a fee and deposit), Wi-Fi included, satellite flat-screen TV and balcony or terrace (M2U).

Premium Studio

These modern and comfortable premium studios (approx. 35 m²) feature a kitchenette, a partially visually separated sleeping area, shower/WC, a small living area with a sofa bed and a balcony (PX2).
Also bookable for single use (PX1).

Sol Suite

The modern Sol Suites (approx. 44 sqm) feature a separate bedroom and a living area with an equipped kitchenette, TV, air conditioning, ceiling fan, Wi-Fi, bathroom/shower, WC, as well as a furnished balcony or terrace (S2.).
Additionally bookable with pool view (POS, bookable under TFSB10).

Sol Suite 2 Bedrooms (TFSB10)

Equipped as the Sol Suites, but larger (approx. 65 sqm) and with two separate bedrooms (S22).
Bookable with sea view for an additional charge (2ZM).
