Close to the fishing village of La Caleta, approx. 15 minutes' walk from Playa del Duque. An artificial sand/shingle beach can be reached after approx. 100 m. The natural beach "Diego Hernández" is approx. 2 km away.

This well-maintained and family-friendly complex features a reception, mini-market (located next to the hotel), elevator, cafeteria, bar and the non-smoking restaurant "Bamboo" with a large, partially covered outdoor terrace. The outdoor area includes two freshwater pools with a separate children's pool (main pool and children's pool can be heated in winter), sun terrace, sun loungers, umbrellas included, and a pool/snack bar. Chill-out zone on the 4th floor (adults only) with sun loungers, a large whirlpool, and the "Sunset Bar Guacamayo" (opening depends on occupancy and weather).
Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel. Pool or beach towels are available for a fee and deposit.
