Location

The hotel, built in Art Deco style, is located in Costa Adeje and offers direct access to the Fañabé sandy beach, as well as enchanting panoramic views of the "Puerto Colón" marina and La Gomera. The Puerto Colón marina, as well as various shopping and entertainment facilities, are approximately 400 m away. A public transport stop can be reached at about 150 m. Tenerife South Airport is about 17 km away.

Facilities

The hotel, located directly on the sea, has 100 suites and 171 double rooms spread across 5 buildings, a reception hall with a 24-hour reception, and lifts. For culinary delights, there is a buffet restaurant including show cooking, the Mediterranean pool restaurant "La Cascada", and the gourmet restaurant "La Cùpula" with breathtaking views from the upper floor, as well as various bars. The botanical gardens feature 1 heated seawater pool (28-29°C), 1 freshwater pool, 1 heated children's pool, and 1 whirlpool. Sun loungers and umbrellas are provided free of charge by the pool. Wi-Fi within the hotel complex and a small internet corner with 3 PCs are included.

The elegant rooms (newly renovated in Summer 25) have a bathroom with a bathtub and separate shower, hairdryer, telephone, minibar (drinks package for a fee), safe (included), satellite TV, air conditioning/heating, coffee/tea making facilities (free capsules, tea bags and water - daily refill), Wi-Fi, bathrobe, slippers, and a furnished balcony (2CD).
Garden/pool view (partially renovated) can be booked for an additional charge (C2Y/C1Y). Alternatively, can also be booked as type I at a separate price and with limited availability (DKO).

Double Room Superior Sea View

With the same amenities as the Double Room Comfort, with sea view (DMU).
Also bookable for single occupancy (DME).
These rooms have been partially renovated.

With the same amenities as the Double Room Comfort, more spacious and with an additional living area with a sleeping possibility (with door or visual separation) and 2 satellite TVs (JS2).
(Newly renovated in Summer 25).
Also bookable with sea view (J2M).
Additionally bookable under TFSB60 (JS2) with sea view (J2M) or garden/pool view (JGB).

Suite Sea View

With the same amenities as the Junior Suites, with exclusive furnishings, 2 televisions, and a separate living area (with door or visual separation). The rooms have a balcony or terrace with a sea view. (Newly renovated in Summer 25) (S2M).

Suite Superior Sea View

Modern design, living and sleeping area with sea view. Also more spacious with a bathtub and separate shower (one of them with hydromassage). Breakfast in the à la carte restaurant included. (Newly renovated in Summer 25) (SU2).

Presidential Suite (On Request)

The modern and luxuriously equipped Presidential Suites have a bathroom with a shower and bathtub, branded toiletries, hairdryer, telephone, minibar, rental safe, 2 televisions, air conditioning, coffee/tea making facilities, bathrobe, slippers, a separate living area, and a terrace, partly equipped with a whirlpool and spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean. Breakfast in the à la carte restaurant. Daily small amenities in the room.

Breakfast and dinner in the "Solandra" buffet restaurant. If booking a Suite Superior or higher, breakfast is included in the à la carte restaurant.
With HB, the main course is reserved at the table upon request.
Appropriate attire is requested for dinner (gentlemen in long trousers, closed shoes, and no sleeveless shirts).
