The hotel features 318 rooms spread over 8 floors. Facilities at this modern hotel include a large lobby with reception, lifts, bar, restaurant, lounge, fitness room, spa area, conference room, "Magic Park" (play park for children), boutique, and hairdresser. In the tropical gardens, there are 2 swimming pools and 1 children's pool, a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols, and a pool snack bar. Double Room Superior Sea View (Club Alexandre)

Same facilities as the double rooms, but located on higher floors and featuring a sea view.
These rooms are more modern in design.
Guests receive 1x complimentary access to the spa per person per day (for ages 16+), a small welcome gift, Nespresso machine with welcome capsules, bathrobes and slippers, as well as high-quality toiletries and amenities (DMU). Also available as Type I at special conditions (DMI).

Double Room Panoramic Sea View

With the same facilities as the double rooms, these are more spacious at approx. 60m² and are located on the top floor, offering a spectacular view of the Troya beach and the Atlantic. Amenities include a bathroom with shower and whirlpool, each with a view of the sea, as well as a separate toilet. Furthermore, a 40-inch LED satellite TV, Nespresso machine (including welcome package), minibar (welcome package included), safe, and bath towels (each included), daily free admission to the spa area, as well as a large terrace with sun loungers (2RA).
