Located in the preferred district of Fañabé, approx. 300 m from the sandy beach.
There are shopping facilities and restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

Attractive and modern apartment complex, very popular with German guests, divided into 2- and 3-storey residential buildings with a total of 184 apartments, buffet restaurant in Block G, and the à-la-carte restaurant "Limoncello" (for a fee). A prior reservation is required for the "Limoncello" restaurant. The restaurant is open to both hotel guests and external visitors. Furthermore, pool area, hairdresser, sun terrace with sun loungers and pads (included), whirlpool (children under 12 years not allowed/children from 12-17 years with an adult companion), and pool bar.
Another sun terrace with free sun loungers, parasols, and Balinese beds is located on the roof of the complex.
