The apartment complex, very popular on the German market, has a pool/snack bar, a well-maintained garden area with a swimming pool surrounded by a sun terrace (sun loungers and umbrellas are included, pool towels against deposit), a separate children's pool, reception (24 hours), a lift (rooms not accessible by lift), Wi-Fi throughout the complex included, a restaurant, and a chill-out bar.
