Location

The apartment complex is centrally located in Puerto del Carmen.
The beach is approx. 300 m from the complex and the town center with its promenade and shopping facilities can be reached in approx. 5 minutes on foot.
The airport is approx. 8 km away.

Facilities

The simple apartment complex has 55 units, a reception that is not permanently staffed, and a mini-market (approx. 100 m from the hotel).
There is a freshwater swimming pool (unheated) with an integrated children's pool.
Sun loungers and parasols are included, mattresses for a fee.
There is also a snack bar and Wi-Fi throughout the complex is included.
Reception opening hours are Monday to Friday from 9 am to 7 pm and on weekends from 9 am to 4 pm. For arrivals outside of opening hours, the key will be left or handed over by the tour guide at the airport.

Apartment

The apartments (approx. 30 m²) are spread over 2 floors, functionally furnished and have a separate bedroom, a living area (sofa bed or pull-out bed for the 3rd person) with a kitchenette, equipped with a refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, dishes, and 2 ceramic hobs.
They also have a direct dial telephone (for a fee), satellite TV (in the living room), and a safe for rent.
Bathroom with hairdryer and bathtub.
All apartments have a balcony or terrace (A12).
Also available for single use (A11).

Superior Apartment

The Superior Apartments (approx. 30m²) have a shower instead of a bathtub and are equipped with air conditioning, in addition to the same amenities as the standard apartments.
Towels are changed 3 times a week (A2U).
Also available for single use (A1U).
