The hotel has a total of 598 rooms, spread across two 2–3-story main buildings as well as several 1-story annex buildings on the edge of the gardens, some of which are located near the coastal road.
Amenities include a 24-hour reception, elevators, Wi-Fi throughout the hotel (included), a main restaurant "Los Pocillos" with an outdoor terrace, two themed restaurants (Canarian "Yaiza" and Asian "Yashima"), several bars, and two grill stations ("Pepe's Food Paraíso" and "Pepe's Food Flamboyán").
The beautifully designed outdoor area features four swimming pools (two of which can be heated in winter), an integrated children's pool as well as a separate children's pool (both can be heated in winter), and a sun terrace.

Equipped like the double rooms, but smaller (22m²) with one 180x200cm bed and a sea or pool view. (EM)

Family room 1 bedroom

With the same features as the double rooms, the family rooms (36m²) have two 110x200cm beds and a separate bedroom with air conditioning (individually or centrally controlled) and a separate salon with a sofa bed.
The bedroom additionally has a ceiling fan.

Varied breakfast buffet with show cooking, continental late-riser breakfast in "Pepe's Food Paraiso" as a buffet, lunch and dinner buffet with a selection of desserts, as well as lunch specialties from the "Pepe's Food" grill and twice-weekly evening themed buffets. Snacks outside of mealtimes and 24-hour drinks. Dinner also optionally available in one of the two themed restaurants (Asian or Canarian/reservation on-site).
