Location

The extensive Las Gaviotas complex is separated from Matagorda beach only by the newly designed promenade.
Some of the Superior bungalows are located directly on the beach (approx. 50 m to the beach).
Shops and entertainment facilities are in the immediate vicinity (shopping center "Matagorda", approx. 50 m away).
The center of Puerto del Carmen is approx. 3 km away and can be easily reached on foot via the beach promenade.
A bus stop with bus connections to Puerto del Carmen and Arrecife is about a 10-minute walk away.

The charming complex with typical island architecture has 133 bungalows, which are distributed among 6 separate areas, each with its own pool (3 of which have children's pools, 3 pools can be heated in winter). Furthermore, a beautiful park and garden area with sun loungers and umbrellas (included and fixed in the ground) and a sun terrace invite you to relax.
Further facilities include the 24-hour reception and a snack bar.
The complex is located directly on the beach (depending on the location of the room, it is between 50m and 800m to the beach).

Accommodation

Superior Apartment

The apartments have been renovated and feature a living room with an extra bed, fan, additional air conditioning, Wi-Fi (included), telephone, flat-screen satellite TV, and a separate bedroom with large wardrobes, safe (for a fee and upon prior request), fully equipped kitchen (glass-ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, and dishes), and a bathroom, mostly with a shower/partially with a bathtub and hairdryer.
All apartments have a private terrace with a small garden, chairs, and a table, as well as sun loungers.

Standard Plus Apartment

With the same amenities as the Superior Apartments, these rooms have a bathroom with a shower (some with a raised entrance via a small step). The distance to the beach is approx. 800 m. (A2S)
