Location

The hotel is located on the outskirts of Puerto del Carmen (Matagorda), 500 m from the beach and promenade. The center of Puerto del Carmen with its main beach is approx. 4 km away.
The shopping center by the beach invites you to stroll and offers various bars and restaurants.
There is a taxi stand and a bus stop in the immediate vicinity (connections to Puerto del Carmen and Arrecife).

The complex is spread over several apartment buildings, each with 2 floors.
The complex has a reception (24 hours), a buffet restaurant, a snack bar, a lounge bar, a self-service laundry with dryer (both for a fee) and a small supermarket.
In the garden area, there are 2 freshwater pools on two levels (both heated from November to April) with a children's area, as well as sun loungers and umbrellas (included).

The apartments (approx. 44 sqm) have a separate bedroom, a living/sleeping room (sofa bed for the 3rd person and an extra bed for the 4th person) and a shower/WC.
The kitchen area is very well equipped with a refrigerator, hob, toaster and kettle, extractor hood and dining area.
The living area has a sofa bed, satellite TV in the living room (5 German channels), telephone and safe (for a fee).
