Location

Centrally located just 200 m from the gently sloping main beach "Playa Grande".
The center of Puerto del Carmen with shopping and entertainment facilities, restaurants and bars is in the immediate vicinity on the promenade.

Facilities

Well-maintained apartment complex with 138 apartments, grouped around the large outdoor pool in various three-story buildings (3 elevators available).
The central building houses the reception and breakfast restaurant, designed in the Canarian style.
In the garden area with a freshwater pool and a separate children's pool (both heated in winter) and sun terrace, there is also a cafeteria/snack bar.
You will find wonderful tranquility on the panoramic sun terrace with a magnificent sea view and a relaxing whirlpool, as well as sun loungers and umbrellas.

Comfortably furnished (approx. 35 m²) with a bedroom separated from the living room by a door, living area with sofa bed (3rd person), satellite TV (in the living room), fitted kitchen with refrigerator and microwave, bathtub with shower/toilet, hairdryer, safe (free of charge), telephone, and a furnished balcony or terrace. Located on the garden side. (GAP/A2I)
Can also be booked for single use (A11).

With the same amenities as the 1-bedroom apartments, these rooms are located exclusively on the 3rd floor (2OE).

With the same amenities as the apartments, but with a combined living/sleeping area (S2B).
