Location

Centrally located and only 200 m from the gently sloping main beach "Playa Grande".
The town center of Puerto del Carmen with its shopping and entertainment options, restaurants, and bars is in the immediate vicinity along the beach promenade.

Facilities

Well-maintained apartment complex with 138 apartments, grouped in various three-story buildings (3 elevators available) around the large outdoor pool.
The central building houses the reception, designed in a Canarian style, and the breakfast restaurant.
In the garden area with a freshwater pool and a separate children's pool (both can be heated year-round) and a sun terrace, there is also a cafeteria/snack bar.
You will find wonderful peace and quiet on the panoramic sun terrace, which offers a magnificent sea view and a relaxing whirlpool, as well as loungers and parasols.

Apartment 1 bedroom

Comfortably furnished (approx. 35 m²) with a bedroom separated from the living room by a door, a living area with a sofa bed (3rd person), satellite TV (in the living room), kitchenette with refrigerator and microwave, bathroom with tub/shower and toilet, hairdryer, safe (free of charge), telephone, and a furnished balcony or terrace. Located on the garden side (GAP/A2I).
Can also be booked for single use (A11).
Optionally available with air conditioning (AB2/AB1).

Apartment 2 bedrooms pool view

Same facilities as the apartments, but with approx. 50 m² and an additional bedroom (2P2).

Apartment upper floor

Same facilities as the one-bedroom apartments, but these rooms are located exclusively on the 3rd floor. Sea view is only possible as a non-binding customer request (2OE).
Can also be booked for single use (1OE).

Studio (Air condition)

Same facilities as the apartments, but with a combined living/sleeping area and air conditioning (S2B).
Can also be booked for single use (S1B).
