Centrally located and only 200 m from the gently sloping main beach "Playa Grande".
The town center of Puerto del Carmen with its shopping and entertainment venues, restaurants and bars is in the immediate vicinity on the beach promenade.

Facilities

Well-maintained apartment complex with 138 apartments, grouped in several three-story buildings (3 elevators available) around the large outdoor pool.
The central building houses the reception, designed in a Canarian style, and the breakfast restaurant.
A cafeteria/snack bar is located in the garden area, which also features a freshwater pool and a separate children's pool (both can be heated year-round) and a sun terrace.
You will find wonderful tranquility on the panoramic sun terrace with its magnificent sea view and relaxing whirlpool, as well as loungers and parasols.

With the same equipment as the one-bedroom apartments, these rooms are located exclusively on the 3rd floor. Sea view is only possible as a non-binding customer request (2OE).
