The hotel is situated directly by the sea with access to the beach.
The beach promenade with numerous restaurants, bars, and shops is in the immediate vicinity.
The old town of Puerto del Carmen and the harbor are approximately a 15-minute walk away, and a large shopping center can be reached uphill in about 5 minutes on foot.
The airport is approximately 10 km away, and the capital city, Arrecife, is about 16 km away.

Completely renovated in 2023, the hotel features 229 suites spread over 5 floors (4 elevators).
The reception is open 24 hours a day. The hotel also features the buffet restaurant "La Tunera," as well as bars and a conference room with audiovisual equipment (max. 150 people).
In the lush garden area, there are 2 freshwater pools (heatable), as well as a separate children's pool (heatable) and a pool/snack bar.
Sun loungers, Bali beds, and parasols are included.

They feature a bedroom with two single beds, a living area with a sofa bed, a spacious bathroom, as well as a minibar and air conditioning (the living areas are separated by three steps).

The Select Service includes complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, pool towels, bathrobes, slippers, special VIP amenities, personal assistance, minibar (stocked upon arrival with water, soft drinks, and beer; further refills for a fee, locally), and coffee machine (stocked upon arrival; further refills for a fee, locally).
