The beautiful bungalow complex Velazquez is located directly on the beach of the popular resort of Puerto del Carmen and is a fantastic work of art by Lanzarote's famous artist, César Manrique.
In the immediate vicinity you will find restaurants, shops, a supermarket, bars, discotheques, and a casino.
A bus stop and taxi rank are just 50 m away.

The popular complex has 32 lovingly furnished bungalows/apartments, a reception (open for limited hours), a swimming pool for adults (with fenced access for safety reasons/key handed out at check-in) and a separate children's pool (both can be heated in winter).

Approx. 48 m² feature a large, private terrace (furnished), a spacious living room, air conditioning in all rooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a kettle, coffee machine, toaster, modern ceramic hob, microwave, and fridge-freezer, a bright bathroom with a shower and hairdryer.
All bungalows/apartments are also equipped with an iron and ironing board, flat-screen TV (in the living room), safe (for a fee and deposit), and telephone.
The rooms have a side sea view (2BS).
Also bookable for single occupancy (BS1) as an option.
