Quietly located in a villa area on the outskirts of Puerto del Carmen.
You can reach the center with its many shopping opportunities after approx. 800 m.
The overall approximately 6 km long sandy beaches of Puerto del Carmen are easily accessible along the beautiful beach promenade.
The nearest fine sandy bathing beach Playa Grande is about 2 km away.

The luxurious holiday resort consists of 42 villas with various types of accommodation (Villa Classic, Villa Deluxe and Villa Grand Deluxe). Reception (opening hours: Monday-Sunday 9 am-9 pm) and a communal saltwater pool.

3 Bedroom Villa

The modern and stylishly furnished villas (125m²) have 2 bathrooms (one with shower and one with bathtub/whirlpool), 3 bedrooms, Wi-Fi (included), safe (included), fully equipped kitchenette, combined living and dining room, and a private pool (approx. 4m x 7m), satellite TV, air conditioning (in all bedrooms and in the living room) and washing machine and dryer. (V32)
Also bookable as a single occupancy (V31).
Please note that your booked room has a private pool and there is no own supervision for swimming. If booking with children or non-swimmers, you are responsible for supervision yourself.

Deluxe Villa

Same amenities as the villas, slightly more spacious (approx. 130m²), but with 2 bedrooms and a wooden terrace.
Not all villas have an oven (V2D).
Also bookable as single occupancy (1VD).
Please note that your booked room has a private pool and there is no own supervision for swimming. If booking with children or non-swimmers, you are responsible for supervision yourself.

Grand Deluxe Villa

Same amenities as the villas, but more spacious (200m²) and with an additional marble terrace and 3 bathrooms. (GX2)
Also bookable as single occupancy (GX1).

Villa Elements

Only bookable in summer:
With the same amenities as the villas, the Villa Elements have a modern interior with natural materials, 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and separate WC. These villas are located slightly above the actual complex. (32B)
