Location

The hotel is located directly on the sea in Puerto Calero, known for its marina and its restaurants situated right by the harbor.
The marina is approximately 800m away from the hotel and can be reached along the promenade.
You can reach Puerto del Carmen after 5 km.
The location is the perfect starting point for a pleasant walk to the marina or for a visit to Timanfaya National Park with its volcanic landscape.
In front of the hotel, there is a small rocky beach, about 50m long and 30m wide, featuring a 38m long bathing platform with a sunbathing area (approximately mid-July to mid-September).

The adults-only hotel has 335 rooms and suites.
Within the complex, there are two small sun terraces that have been designed like artificial beaches around the pools. These terraces do not offer direct access to the sea.
There are four freshwater pools (all heated), surrounded by sun terraces with loungers and umbrellas, as well as Bali beds (for a fee); bath towels are provided free of charge.
The spacious hotel complex features a buffet restaurant with live cooking, as well as five à la carte restaurants and six bars, one of which is exclusively for Preferred Club guests.
There are various conference rooms, a library, and an auditorium with a capacity of up to 250 people.
Wi-Fi is included throughout the complex.

Suite Sea View Preferred Club

With the same amenities as the Double Rooms, the rooms are more spacious (approx. 60 m²) with a living area (connected by a sliding wooden door), separate WC and shower, as well as a whirlpool and dressing area. All suites have sea views. These rooms also offer Preferred Club services. (P2C)
