Location

The hotel is located directly on the sea in Puerto Calero, known for its marina and its restaurants located directly on the harbor.
The marina is about 800m from the hotel and can be reached along the promenade.
You can reach Puerto del Carmen after 5 km.
The location is the perfect starting point for a pleasant walk to the marina or for a visit to Timanfaya National Park with its volcanic landscape.
In front of the hotel there is a small rocky beach, approximately 50m long and 30m wide, and it has a 38m long bathing jetty with a sunbathing area (mid-July to mid-September).

The adults-only hotel has 335 rooms and suites.
Within the complex there are two small sun terraces, which are designed like artificial beaches around the pools. These terraces do not offer direct access to the sea.
There are four freshwater pools (all heated), surrounded by sun terraces with loungers and umbrellas, as well as Bali beds (for a fee). Bath towels are provided free of charge.
The spacious hotel complex has a buffet restaurant with live cooking, as well as five à la carte restaurants and six bars, one of which is exclusively for Preferred Club guests.
There are various conference rooms, a library and an auditorium with a capacity for up to 250 people.
