The complex, designed like a Canary Island village, has two areas: "Elba Lanzarote Royal Village Resort" (bookable under hotel code ACE919) with a total of 232 rooms, and the "Elba Premium Suites" area (bookable under hotel code ACE019), accessible for guests aged 16 and over, with 128 rooms.
Amenities include a lobby with a 24-hour reception, an elevator, and in the main building, the main restaurants "Yaiza" (for all guests) and "El Mirador" (only for guests of the Elba Premium Suites/adults only), as well as the "Chill Out Bar" (only for guests of the Elba Premium Suites).
There are also two theme restaurants (reservations required) exclusively for adults (French "La Brasserie" and Italian "La Nonna"), a lobby bar "La Boheme," and the pool bar/restaurant "La Brasserie."
The well-maintained outdoor area features a large pool landscape with six pools (fresh and saltwater) with waterfalls, water slides, and a separate children's pool.
Sun loungers, umbrellas, and Bali beds are available free of charge.
In the "Elba Premium Suites" area, there is another swimming pool (25 m lane) with sun loungers, umbrellas, and Bali beds, as well as the pool bar "Los Jameos."

Junior Suite

The Junior Suites are stylishly and modernly furnished, featuring a living/sleeping area with a large furnished terrace.
The rooms also include air conditioning/heating, telephone, minibar (for a fee), coffee/tea maker, Wi-Fi (included), full-length mirror, LED satellite TV, safe (for a fee), bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, and a cosmetic mirror (JS2/J1K).
Available as a double room for single use (JS1) or as a single with child (J1K).
Also available as Junior Suite Type B with the same amenities, but with a minimum/maximum occupancy of 2+0 (JSB).
The Comfort package is bookable under (C2J/C1J/JCK).
The Prestige package is bookable under (JSP/JEP).

With the same amenities as the Junior Suites, these rooms are more spacious (FJ2).

Family Junior Suite Superior

With the same amenities as the Junior Suite, these rooms consist of two standard Junior Suites with a connecting door (FSJ).
