The newly designed hotel with a total of 327 renovated rooms is divided into three themed areas ("Castillo," "Gold Level," and "Real Adventure") to cater to all guests' needs.
The "Castillo" area is accessible to all hotel guests and offers a welcoming lobby with reception, two buffet restaurants (one exclusively for "Gold Level" guests), two à la carte restaurants (1 Asian and 1 Italian, both for a fee), a beach club, and two bars, as well as a fitness room and a wellness area (for a fee). It also includes the two sub-areas "Castillo" and "Gold Level." The Castillo area for families impresses with a large pool landscape consisting of four pools (sun loungers/umbrellas included) and a separate children's pool, as well as ocean views and the completely renovated Castleland Club (Mini and Maxi Club).
The second sub-area is the exclusive Gold Level guest area. Here, guests can relax by the outdoor pool and open-air whirlpool with chill-out music, sun loungers, and umbrellas (included), as well as Balinese beds (for a fee).
The "Real Adventure" area features its own children's fun zone, "Park Real Adventure," with a climbing frame, water playground, several pools (including a dragon pool with water slides for children), and a baby pool. This zone also boasts a newly designed village square with a park, its own buffet restaurant, and a snack bar. Additionally, there are multi-purpose sports fields and an archery range.
Guests from the "Castillo" and "Gold Level" areas can purchase a day pass for access to the "Real Adventure" area (costs/availability and sales only on-site).

The Real Adventure rooms belong to the hotel area of the same name and offer direct access to the newly designed family zone with a water playground, dragon pool with water slides, and its own buffet restaurant (for breakfast and dinner).
