Location

This beautiful holiday complex is located between the Marina Rubicon yacht harbor and the Papagayo beaches, approx. 3 km from the town center of Playa Blanca.
The apartments are located 200 m from the sea, and some of them offer a sea view.
Opposite the complex, there is a new shopping center, and a small natural beach is located 250 m away.
The airport can be reached after approx. 30 km.

Facilities

The complex consists of 32 ground-floor apartments, a reception (open in the mornings), a reading corner, and spacious garden areas.
There, you will find a swimming pool as well as a children's pool, a whirlpool, and a sun terrace with sun loungers or Balinese beds (for a fee/subject to local availability).
The complex also features its own multi-purpose court and complimentary Wi-Fi at the reception and in the rooms.
For guests with disabilities, there are wheelchair-accessible ramps to the communal areas.

Standard Apartment

The comfortably furnished apartments (approx. 70m²) consist of a bedroom and another room with a sofa bed or extra beds for the 3rd and 4th person.
The rooms also feature a fully equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, filter coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, microwave, kitchen utensils, and a small dining area, as well as a living area with a flat-screen TV and two bathrooms with a shower/bathtub and hairdryer.
Further amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a safe (for a fee), and a furnished terrace.
