Location

This beautiful holiday complex is located between the Marina Rubicon marina and the Papagayo beaches, approx. 3 km from the center of Playa Blanca.
The apartments are 200 meters from the sea and some of them have sea views.
Opposite the complex there is a new shopping center and a small natural beach is 250 meters away.
The airport can be reached in approx. 30 km.

Facilities

The complex consists of 32 ground-floor apartments, a reception (open in the morning), a reading corner, and extensive gardens.
There you will find a swimming pool as well as a children's pool, a whirlpool, and a sun terrace with loungers or Bali beds (for a fee/subject to availability on site).
The complex also has its own multi-purpose court and free Wi-Fi at the reception and in the rooms.
For guests with disabilities, there are wheelchair-accessible ramps to the common areas.

2-Bedroom Apartment

The comfortably furnished apartments (approx. 70m²) consist of two separate bedrooms, one with two single beds pushed together (double bed as a non-binding customer request/subject to availability) and the other with a sofa bed or extra beds for the 3rd and 4th person.
The rooms also have a fully equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, kitchen utensils, and a small dining area, as well as a living area with a flat-screen TV and two bathrooms with a shower/bathtub, hairdryer.
Further amenities include free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a safe (for a fee) and a furnished terrace.
