Location

This attractive holiday complex is located between the Marina Rubicon marina and the Papagayo beaches, approximately 3 km from the center of Playa Blanca.
The apartments are 200 m from the sea, and some offer sea views.
Opposite the complex, there is a new shopping center, and a small natural beach is located 250 m away.
The airport is approximately 30 km away.

Facilities

The complex consists of 32 ground-floor apartments, a reception (open mornings), a reading corner, and extensive gardens.
These areas include a swimming pool, a children's pool, a whirlpool, and a sun terrace with loungers or Bali beds (extra charge/subject to availability on site).
The complex also features its own multi-purpose court and free Wi-Fi at the reception and in the rooms.
Wheelchair-accessible ramps are available for guests with disabilities to access the communal areas.

Standard Apartment

The comfortably furnished apartments (approx. 70m²) consist of one bedroom and a further room with a sofa bed or extra beds for the 3rd and 4th person.
The rooms also feature a fully equipped kitchenette with a fridge, filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, kitchenware, and a small dining area, as well as a living area with a flat-screen TV and two bathrooms with a shower/bath and hairdryer.
Further amenities include free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a safe (for a fee), and a furnished terrace.
