Located on the south coast of the island, directly by the sea, with a view of the island of Fuerteventura and on the outskirts of Playa Blanca.
The sandy bay of Playa Flamingo is approx. 1.5 km away, and the center of the small fishing village of Playa Blanca is about a 25-minute walk along the promenade.
The famous Papagayo beaches are about 7 km away.

The adults-only hotel (for ages 16 and over) from the Spanish Hipotels hotel chain, with a total of 269 rooms spread over 4 floors, boasts an elegant and tastefully appointed ambiance.
