Location

The hotel complex, newly built in 2023, is located in the south of the island on an inlet of Lanzarote that separates the island from Fuerteventura, offering views of the neighboring island on clear days.
Located near the Marina Rubicón promenade with its sports harbor and just 100 m from the beach, the hotel boasts an ideal position.
The promenade offers restaurants, bars, as well as shops and leisure facilities.
The airport can be reached in approximately 30 minutes by car.

Designed with Canarian elements, the complex features 588 rooms as well as an additional 132 rooms in the exclusive Royal Level Adults Only area. The 180 m long, partially heated infinity pool is one of the highlights of the complex.
Furthermore, the complex offers two à la carte themed restaurants (Asian and Mexican), several bars, and two buffet restaurants (one of which is exclusive to Royal Level guests), as well as a theater, an event center, several meeting rooms, and a wellness center with a spa and gym.
In the outdoor area, there are two multi-purpose courts, one for soccer and basketball (no fee) and one for volleyball and pickleball (for a fee). In addition, two paddle tennis courts are available (for a fee).
The complex also features a leisure area for children with a children's pool and a pirate ship.

Superior Double Room

These modern, brightly furnished rooms feature a combined living/sleeping area with a king-size bed, air conditioning, a TV, and an integrated bathroom area including a hairdryer. Further amenities include Wi-Fi, a safe (free), tea-making facilities with daily replenishment, a mini-fridge (on request and for a fee), and a furnished balcony or terrace. (DSU)

Junior Suite

With the same amenities as the Superior Double Room, these rooms are more spacious (approx. 37 m²) and feature a separate seating area, tea/coffee making facilities, as well as bathrobes and slippers. (JS2)
