The holiday complex is located in the municipality of Playa Blanca, just a ten-minute walk from Playa Dorada (approx. 750m).
In the immediate vicinity, you will find small shops, as well as bars and restaurants inviting you to linger.
The airport is approximately 28km away.

The hotel, completely renovated in 2022, consists of 230 residential units spread across 8 buildings and 2 floors.
It offers a lounge area as well as two bars, a main restaurant and an à la carte restaurant, a 24-hour reception, internet (included/fullspeed), 2 elevators, and a mini-market.
The outdoor area offers 4 pools (one of which is for children), with one pool in each area heated by solar panels.
Sun loungers and umbrellas (included), water playground and Balinese beds (for a fee/subject to availability), pool towels (deposit required/change for a fee).

Accommodation

Double room

The cosily furnished double rooms (approx. 25sqm) are located on the first floor or on the ground floor, consist of a combined living and sleeping area and are equipped with comfortable twin beds (can be pushed apart), mini-fridge, satellite TV, direct dial telephone (for a fee), bathroom with cosmetic mirror, hairdryer, shower/WC, air conditioning (incl.) and a furnished, internally facing balcony.
The balconies are connected to the neighboring balconies and face the street or garden side, or have a terrace. (D/DR)
The safe and high-speed Wi-Fi are included in the room.
Also bookable for single occupancy (DE) or with pool view (PD/PDR/PDE).

Double room Superior

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these are located on the ground floor and offer a larger furnished terrace facing the pool or garden (DSU/DSR/approx. 6sqm). Also bookable for single occupancy (DEU).

Junior Suite

With the same amenities as the double rooms, but larger (approx. 38sqm) and with a sofa, these rooms are located on the first floor or on the ground floor and offer a larger furnished balcony/terrace (approx. 8sqm) and pool view. (JS2)

With the same amenities as the double rooms, but larger (approx. 38sqm), these rooms are located on the first floor and offer a larger furnished balcony (approx. 8sqm) and pool view.
Additionally, there is a sofa bed for the 3rd and 4th person. (S2)

Note

An additional baby cot above maximum occupancy is only possible in the double rooms with pool view (PD), superior double rooms (DSU), and suites (S2). Over-occupancy must always be requested (res.kanaren@schauinsland-reisen.de).

Board

Overnight stay with breakfast/half board

Breakfast buffet in the main restaurant.
For half board, the hotel provides a voucher per person/per day, which can be used at the hotel's bars and restaurants as desired (valid for food and drinks/minibar excluded).
