The complex, laid out in a Canarian village style, has two areas: "Elba Lanzarote Royal Village Resort" (bookable under code ACE919) with a total of 232 rooms, and the "Elba Lanzarote Premium Suites" area (bookable under code ACE019) with 128 rooms, accessible for guests aged 16 and over.
Amenities include a lobby with a 24-hour reception, an elevator, and in the main building, the main restaurants "Yaiza" (for all guests) and "El Mirador" (for Elba Lanzarote Premium Suites guests only – adults 16+ only), and the "Chill Out Bar" (for Elba Lanzarote Premium Suites guests only). There are also two themed restaurants (reservations required) for adults only (French "La Brasserie" and Italian "La Nonna"), as well as a lobby bar "La Boheme" and a pool bar/restaurant "La Brasserie".
The well-maintained outdoor area features a large pool landscape with six pools (freshwater and saltwater) with waterfalls, water slides, and a separate children's pool.
Sun loungers, umbrellas, and Bali beds are available free of charge.
The "Elba Lanzarote Premium Suites" area has an additional swimming pool (25m lane) with sun loungers, umbrellas, and Bali beds, as well as the pool bar "Los Jameos".

Junior Suite

The Junior Suites (approx. 28 sqm) are stylishly and modernly furnished and feature a living/sleeping area with a large furnished terrace.
The rooms also have air conditioning/heating, a telephone, minibar (for a fee), coffee/tea maker, Wi-Fi (included), full-length mirror, LED satellite TV, safe (for a fee), bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, and cosmetic mirror (JS2).
Also available for single occupancy (JS1).
Prestige amenities are bookable under (JSP) or (JEP) for single occupancy.

Suite

The Suites have the same amenities as the Junior Suites, but the living and sleeping areas are separated by a door, with a beautiful view of the hotel garden (S2).
Also available for single occupancy (S1).
Prestige amenities are bookable under (SX2) or (1SX) for single occupancy.
