The family-friendly complex is located in the Costa Teguise holiday area, approx. 300 m from the fine, light-colored sandy beach of Playa de Las Cucharas. The town center with shops, restaurants, cafés, and bars is approx. 500 m away.

The spacious family hotel features a chic, modern lobby with a reception (open 24 hours), a pool bar, a buffet restaurant with show cooking, and a cozy bar.
The pool area consists of 2 freshwater pools (both climate-controlled in winter), one of which has a pirate ship and slides, plus an additional heated paddling pool. The pools are set in a sprawling subtropical garden.
Snacks are also available at the pool bar for in-between meals.
Sun loungers are available free of charge on the spacious sun terraces.
Wi-Fi is included throughout the entire complex.

The family suites (approx. 34 m²) with tile or laminate flooring, spread across 6 blocks with a maximum of 3 floors, feature 1 separate bedroom with 2 single beds or 1 double bed, as well as a living room with a sofa bed for the 3rd person.
Amenities include a refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle, telephone, satellite TV with remote control (in both living room and bedroom), rental safe, and a furnished terrace or balcony (SF2).

Bungalow

The bungalows (approx. 45 m²), distributed over 2 floors in the garden area, feature a living/bedroom on the upper level as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a glass-ceramic hob. On the lower level, there is a separate bedroom with a double bed and the bathroom. Guests have 2 furnished terraces with garden views at their disposal (B12).
The staircase is secured with a safety gate for babies.
Centrally controlled air conditioning/heating in the living room/bedroom (seasonal).

The buffet offers a wide selection of international, national, and regional dishes with regular themed evenings.

A separate children's buffet is available for children. Themed dinners 2 times per week.
At the pool bar: snacks, "Hut Food" at the pool bar – an American concept featuring a selection of burgers, hot dogs, pizza, chicken nuggets, nachos, salads, as well as soft-serve ice cream with toppings and fruit from 11:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
National and international alcoholic (according to the AI menu) and non-alcoholic drinks from 10:00 a.m. to midnight.
The tennis court can be used free of charge for 1 hour per day by AI guests (subject to availability/reservation).
