Lage

The modern apartment complex is located in the immediate vicinity of the old town of Arrecife and is separated from the sandy beach only by a street (approx. 100m). The tranquil promenade with restaurants and bars can also be reached in just a few minutes' walk.
The island capital impresses with many sights, such as the "Castillo de San Jose" designed by the island artist Cesar Manrique or the "Castillo de San Gabriel" as well as the church "San Gines". Other sights on the island can be easily reached from Arrecife.
Bus connections to Puerto del Carmen and Costa Teguise are also available.
It is approx. 6 km to the airport.

The holiday complex is an ideal starting point for sightseeing in the surrounding area and has 12 sea view apartments and an elevator. The communal roof terrace is equipped with comfortable furniture and sun loungers and offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the sea.
