This apartment complex is located in the Los Cancajos/Brena Baja area, just 500 m from Cancajos Beach.
Bars, restaurants, a supermarket, and a pharmacy are in the immediate vicinity.

The apartments are spread over 2 floors and are arranged like a small family complex around the oval freshwater pool (non-heated) with a separate children's pool.
The pool area with sun loungers is surrounded by a garden area.
The reception is only staffed for a few hours.

The apartments have a combined living/bedroom (sleeping facility for the 3rd person) with a coffee table, dining table with 4 chairs, integrated kitchenette with two electric hotplates, extractor hood, coffee machine, microwave, sandwich maker, and a small refrigerator.
Furthermore, the apartments have a separate bedroom with two single beds, a built-in wardrobe, direct dial telephone, safety deposit box (for a fee), and satellite TV (one in the bedroom and one in the living room).
The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, toilet/bidet, and sink.
Each apartment has a furnished balcony (from the 1st floor) or terrace (ground floor). (A12)
