Location

This quiet property is located in a beautiful setting at the end of a cul-de-sac.
The small complex features a communal pool with a barbecue area and a beautifully landscaped garden. It is a perfect place for active holidaymakers seeking tranquility.
The complex is located between El Paso and Los Llanos de Aridane, the perfect starting point for trips into nature, to the beach (approx. 8 km), or to the town (approx. 2.5 km).
The nearest supermarket is approx. 2 km away and the airport is approx. 30 km away.

Facilities

Due to the attractive hillside location, the 10 residential units are spread across the complex in a park-like manner. Terraces with a pool and barbecue area are also laid out on different levels.

Bungalow Superior 1 Bedroom

With the same facilities as the bungalows, the Superior Bungalows are set over 2 floors.
On the lower level, the rooms feature a living and dining area, a WC, a terrace, and a wood-burning stove. The bedroom and a bathroom are located on the upper level (2BU).

House 2 Bedrooms Private Pool

The house (approx. 130 m²) has 2 floors, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen-living room with a cooking island, an oven, a covered terrace, and a private pool. The house is not located directly within Finca Hermosilla, but on private grounds (H24/"La Cabaña").

Villa Superior 2 Bedrooms Private Pool

The villa (approx. 120 m²) features a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a living and dining room. In addition to the private pool, the garden (approx. 350 m²) features a covered terrace and an elevated terrace with panoramic views of the sea and the Aridane Valley (V2U/"El Olivo").
