Lage

Located on the east side of the Canary Island of La Palma in the municipality of Breña Alta, approx. 15 minutes by car from the island capital St. Cruz de La Palma.
At an altitude of 200 m above sea level, you will enjoy a quiet rural atmosphere with wide views over the sea and mountains.
Due to its favorable location, practically all destinations on the island are easily accessible by car or bus.
The App. Miranda are therefore ideally suited as a starting point for explorations and activities on La Palma.
The nearest beach of Los Cancajos is about 10 minutes away by car.
A scenically attractive footpath of approx. 25 minutes also leads there.
Restaurants, shops and a bus stop are nearby, but renting a car is recommended.

Beautifully situated in a large, well-kept Canarian garden, the 2-story apartment building Miranda has 8 separate studios for 2-3 people each.
A large swimming pool with sun loungers and garden furniture is freely available to guests for relaxed moments in the complex.
As is the barbecue area, which you can reserve for yourself after prior registration.
Each guest also has their own free parking space on the premises.

Studio Sea View

Each of the practically furnished studios has a large terrace with a sea view, a spacious living/bedroom with parquet flooring, a fully equipped kitchen, and a separate bathroom.
The large living/sleeping area has parquet flooring and is equipped with 2 single beds pushed together, a wardrobe, and a table for 4 people.
International satellite TV (LCD TV) and broadband internet access via network cable or Wi-Fi are available in the studio.
The kitchens are functionally equipped and have a refrigerator, a gas stove with 4 burners and cooking equipment, a German and a Spanish coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, and dishes and cutlery for 3-4 people per studio.
The bathrooms are modernly equipped with a large shower, a sink with a large mirror, a toilet, and a bidet. A hairdryer is available in each bathroom.
The studios were renovated in 2010 and have double glazing in all rooms (SM2).
Also optionally bookable for single occupancy (SM1).
