Location

Located on the east side of the Canary Island of La Palma in the municipality of Breña Alta, approx. a 15-minute drive from the island capital, St. Cruz de La Palma.
Situated at an altitude of 200 m above sea level, you will enjoy a quiet, rural atmosphere with wide views over the sea and mountains.
Thanks to its convenient location, almost all destinations on the island are easily accessible by car or bus.
The App. Miranda are therefore ideal as a starting point for excursions and activities on La Palma.
The nearest beach in Los Cancajos is about a 10-minute drive away.
A scenic walking path of approx. 25 minutes also leads there.
Restaurants, shops, and a bus stop are nearby, but renting a car is recommended.

Beautifully situated in a large, well-maintained Canarian garden, the 2-story apartment building Miranda features 8 separate studios, each for 2-3 people.
A large swimming pool with sun loungers and garden furniture is available for guests to enjoy during their relaxing moments at the complex.
As is the barbecue area, which can be reserved in advance upon request.
Each guest also has their own free parking space on the premises.

Accommodation

Studio with sea view

Each of the practically furnished studios features a large terrace with sea view, a spacious living-bedroom with parquet flooring, a fully equipped kitchen, and a separate bathroom.
The large living/bedroom has parquet flooring and is equipped with 2 combined single beds, a wardrobe, and a table for 4 people.
International satellite TV (LCD screen) and broadband internet access via network cable or Wi-Fi are available in the studio.
The kitchens are functionally furnished and include a refrigerator, a 4-burner gas stove with cooking utensils, a German and a Spanish coffee machine, a toaster, a kettle, and crockery and cutlery for 3-4 people per studio.
The bathrooms are modernly equipped with a large shower, a vanity unit with a large mirror, a toilet, and a bidet. A hairdryer is provided in each bathroom.
The studios were renovated in 2010 and feature double glazing in all rooms (SM2).
Also available for single occupancy (SM1).
