The property is located opposite Playa Calera and just a few minutes' walk from the main beach in the small, lively district of "La Playa", and about a 10-minute walk from the natural beach "Playa del Ingles". The pedestrian promenade, restaurants and small shops are in the immediate vicinity.

The complex has a total of 24 apartments on 2 floors. The pool and sun terrace with loungers and umbrellas are located on the roof of the building. The reception and the restaurant for guests who have booked breakfast or half board are located next door at "Playa la Calera".

The apartments have one bedroom with 2 single beds, bath/WC, living room with sofa bed for a 3rd person, as well as a rental safe and satellite TV and an open-plan kitchen (kitchenette) with 2 hot plates (A12). Also bookable for single occupancy (A11).

Same amenities as the 1-bedroom apartments, but only bookable for guests between 18 and 35 years old (YTA). Booking note: After entering the date of birth, the discount will be automatically applied in the system.

The transfer bus stops at a bus stop for arrivals and departures (approx. 250m from the hotel). Hotel guests must walk to the hotel or the bus stop, as the small road to the hotel is often blocked by parked cars and the transfer bus cannot get through.
