Location

This magnificent country house is located in the La Laguna district, directly on an associated banana plantation. The pebble beach of the town is only about a 5-minute walk away. Two small shops are in the immediate vicinity, and 2 supermarkets and restaurants can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot.

Facilities

The over 100-year-old house was extensively restored in the Canarian style during a 3-year construction period. Old wooden ceilings, doors, and wooden floors were largely reused. This resulted in a total of 4 residential units, 3 of which are duplex apartments with direct sea views and one studio. Access is via the (courtyard) patio, which is adorned with many plants. All apartments have an outdoor seating area in this small garden. This is a complete non-smoking accommodation!

Accommodation

Apartment (approx. 48 m²)

The duplex units have a bedroom on the lower level, as well as a separate shower room with a toilet and sink. The upper level houses the living and dining area with a sofa and a kitchenette. The kitchenette is equipped with cooking facilities (2 electric hobs), a toaster, a coffee machine, and a refrigerator. The living and sleeping areas are connected by a spiral wooden staircase. Hairdryer available (A12).

Studio (approx. 37 m²)

The studio is very spacious and has a small extension with a window overlooking the garden. Further amenities include a dining table with chairs, a seating area in the living-sleeping room, 2 large single beds pushed together, and a small kitchenette (integrated into the living area). (S12)
