The small complex, renovated in 2021, with 12 units and 2 floors offers free Wi-Fi throughout the complex, a swimming pool (heated in winter), sun terrace with loungers and parasols.
There is no reception.
Key handover is done by the property manager (on-site for a few hours during the day) or by access code.

The apartments are bright and friendly furnished and feature a combined living/sleeping area with sleeping facilities for extra persons, a kitchenette with microwave, coffee machine, toaster and refrigerator, free Smart TV, a rental safe, a bathroom with shower/toilet and hairdryer, and a separate bedroom with ceiling fan and a furnished balcony or terrace.
The hairdryer and remote controls for TV and ceiling fan can be obtained for a deposit (A12).
Preferred furnishing regarding balcony or terrace is only possible as a non-binding customer request.
