Great quiet location above the beach promenade and the sandy beach of San Agustin, which can be reached in just a few minutes' walk through the beautifully planted complex. The distance to Playa del Inglés is approx. 4.5 km (public transport connection available nearby).
Shops and restaurants are about a 10-minute walk away.

Ausstattung

The fantastically beautiful Adults-only complex (from 16 years) is a schauinsland-reisen original.
It has 24 apartments and 16 studios, spread over 8 floors (elevator from the 3rd floor).
The appealing architecture of this small complex is striking, harmonizing wonderfully with the terraced garden with its natural stone look, across which you can reach the promenade and the sandy beach of San Augustin in no time via paths lined with palm trees along the swimming pool.
A reception is available during the day for questions and requests.
Free Wi-Fi area available.
The well-kept outdoor area includes the sun terrace with a swimming pool, as well as loungers and sun umbrellas.
From here you can enjoy a wonderful view of the sea and the beach of San Agustin.

Studio Sea View

The studios are friendly and attractively furnished.
They have a combined living/sleeping area with 2 beds and a sleeping facility for the 3rd person, air conditioning (included/individually adjustable), kitchenette with coffee machine, refrigerator, microwave, bathroom with shower/WC, flat-screen satellite TV, rental safe and a furnished balcony, from which you can enjoy a fantastic view of the Atlantic and the sound of the sea (SM2).
Also bookable for single use (SM1).

1 Bedroom Apartment Sea View

The apartments have the same amenities as the studios, plus a separate bedroom and 2 loungers on the furnished terrace or balcony (2AM).
Here too, you can enjoy a wonderful view of the sea.
(Preferred furnishing regarding balcony or terrace only possible as a non-binding customer request).
