Location

The hotel is separated from the beach only by the magnificent, palm-lined garden. Maspalomas/Playa del Inglés is about 5 km away (public transport available). The main road of San Agustin runs behind the hotel. Some entertainment venues are in close proximity. The airport is 26 km away, and the island's capital, Las Palmas, is 50 km away.

Facilities

The modern hotel, completely renovated in 2023, features 299 rooms, a lobby with seating areas and a reception, elevators, a conference room (for a fee/on request), Wi-Fi throughout the hotel (free of charge), and a main restaurant as well as several themed restaurants and bars spread throughout the hotel (included/open at different times depending on occupancy).
The extensive garden and outdoor area includes 3 swimming pools, sun terraces with loungers and umbrellas, a children's pool with a splash park, and a pool/snack bar.
Additionally, the hotel offers an exclusive area (for guests aged 16 and over) for THE RESERVE guests, featuring a pool, sun terrace, loungers, and umbrellas, as well as a lounge and bar (open during the day) serving snacks and drinks.

The rooms (approx. 26 sqm) are comfortably furnished and feature air conditioning, telephone, satellite TV with Chromecast, safe (included), minibar (refilled once daily), high-speed Wi-Fi, an open-plan bathroom with shower/WC and hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, bathrobes and slippers, a coffee machine with capsules (refilled once daily), 2 USB ports, and a furnished balcony.
The rooms face the street (DXP).
Also available for single occupancy (PRW).

Double Room Premium Mountain View

Equipped similarly to the Double Rooms Premium, but with views of the mountains, street, or surroundings (PDZ).

Equipped similarly to the Double Rooms Premium, but located in a preferred area and featuring sea views (P2M).

Junior Suite

Spacious (approx. 52 sqm) and comfortably furnished with air conditioning, telephone, satellite TV with Chromecast, safe (included), minibar (refilled once daily), high-speed Wi-Fi, a bathroom with shower/WC and hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, bathrobes and slippers, a coffee machine with capsules (refilled once daily), and 2 USB ports. It comprises one combined living/sleeping area, with no visual separation of the sleeping area. The room does not have a balcony (JS2).

Promo Double Room Premium

Equipped similarly to the Double Room Premium, but with limited availability and in a less desirable location (1st floor facing the street) (PRZ).

Equipped similarly to the Double Rooms Premium and featuring a bathroom with shower/WC (some with glass fronts to the sleeping area or open-plan bathrooms), a seating area, sea view, and THE RESERVE amenities. Bookable for ages 16+.
These rooms are located on the 1st floor and have a terrace (2PM).

Double Room Supreme Sea View THE RESERVE (from 1.11.25)

Equipped like the Double Room Premium Sea View THE RESERVE, but more spacious (approx. 30 sqm) and additionally with a bathtub (DSZ).
