Location

Located below the coastal road and above the bay and marina of Mogan, in the picturesque and original fishing village.
The small, artificially created sandy beach and the pedestrian zone at the harbor are between approx. 500 meters and 900 meters away, depending on the location of the apartments.
All shops such as supermarkets, various restaurants, bars, cafes, pubs, medical center, pharmacy and bank in the immediate vicinity.
The airport is approx. 55 km away.
Local bus connections to other bays such as Puerto Rico, Amadores and Playa de Taurito, as well as to the village of Mogan nearby.

Facilities

The apartment complex, which belongs to the same hotel chain as the neighboring Hotel Cordial Mogan Playa, consists of several building sections on a property of approx. 35,000 m².
The three-story complex has a total of 303 apartments.
Hotel facilities include a reception, free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, a terrace bar and a restaurant.
In the outdoor area there are 3 swimming pools (heated in winter), a separate children's pool with a children's play corner, a water playground for children, 2 whirlpools as well as sun terraces with loungers and a pool bar.

The apartments are comfortably furnished with a separate bedroom, living room with sleeping facilities for the 3rd person, kitchenette with microwave, coffee machine, toaster, telephone, safe for rent, free satellite TV, bathroom with shower/toilet and hairdryer, ceiling fan in the bedroom as well as in the living room and a furnished terrace or balcony with an outdoor shower.
