This apartment complex, under German management, is located in the preferred apartment and villa district of Playa del Inglés.
The beach of Playa del Inglés can be reached via a staircase access after approx. 250 m.
The popular shopping centers "Yumbo Center" and "Cita" are about a 5-10 minute walk away.
