This small and charming, 3-story apartment complex is located in the preferred apartment and villa district of Playa del Inglés.
It is approximately 50 meters to the beach promenade and about a 10-minute walk to the popular shopping centers "Yumbo" Center and "Cita".
The airport is about 34 km away.

Facilities

The complex with 21 units has a reception (open for a few hours several times a week; otherwise, key handover and support are provided by the property manager and tour guide), Wi-Fi area (free), as well as a small swimming pool and sun terrace with loungers and umbrellas.
