The apartment complex is located right in the center of Playa del Inglés.
In the immediate vicinity you will find the "Kasbah" shopping and entertainment center as well as numerous restaurants, bars, and discotheques.
The beach of Playa del Inglés can be reached via a staircase, approximately 300 m away.
The airport is approximately 30 km away.

The 8-story apartment building features a total of 224 units, a reception, and an outdoor area with a swimming pool with a separate children's pool, a sun terrace with loungers, and a tennis court.
On the roof of the building, there is a sun terrace with a designated nudist area.

The studios are simply furnished and approximately 40m² in size.
They feature a small kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower/WC, a combined living/bedroom with 2 separate beds (no separate bedroom), as well as a sleeping option for a third person, Wi-Fi (free of charge), satellite TV (free of charge/remote control for a deposit), rental safe, and a furnished balcony or terrace (S12).
Also bookable for single use (S11).
