The apartment complex is located in the center of Playa del Inglés.
In the immediate vicinity you will find the "Kasbah" shopping and entertainment center, as well as numerous restaurants, bars, and discos.
The beach of Playa del Inglés can be reached via stairs, approximately 300 m away.
The airport is located about 30 km away.

Facilities

A clear outdoor pool with yellow umbrellas and lounge chairs in a residential area.
The 8-story apartment building has a total of 224 units, a reception, and an outdoor area with a swimming pool and a separate children's pool, sun terrace with loungers, and a tennis court.
On the roof of the building, there is a sun terrace with a separate FKK (nudist) area.

Studio

The studios are simply furnished and approx. 40m² in size.
They feature a small kitchenette, bathroom with shower/WC, a combined living/sleeping area with 2 separate beds (no separate bedroom) and a sleeping facility for a third person, Wi-Fi (free), satellite TV (free/remote control requires a deposit), a rental safe, and a furnished balcony or terrace (S12).
Also available for single occupancy (S11).
(Preferred choice of balcony or terrace can only be requested as a non-binding customer request).

Studio upper floors

These studios are equipped the same as the standard studios but are located on the upper floors (5th-8th floor) and some offer a side or direct sea view (S2B).
Also available for single occupancy (S1B).

Studio (LPAA67)

These feature twin beds or a double bed and a sleeping option for a 3rd person. They also have a bath or shower/WC, kitchenette, LCD TV, rental safe, and balcony (S12). Also bookable with sea view (SM2).
