This small apartment complex is a schauinsland-reisen original.
It is located in the preferred apartment and villa district of Playa del Inglés in the second row to the beach, quietly situated in a side street.
The beach promenade is approx. 50 m away, and the popular shopping centers "Yumbo" and "Cita" are about a 5-minute walk away.
The airport is approx. 34 km away.

Facilities

The small complex consists of 27 apartments spread over 3 floors.
A large number of regular guests enjoy extended stays here in winter.
The centerpiece of the complex is the well-maintained small garden with a swimming pool (heated in winter), sun terrace, loungers and umbrellas, as well as a sunbathing lawn.
Wi-Fi is available throughout the complex (included).
Key handover and support are provided by the property manager and the tour guide.

Accommodation

1 Bedroom Apartment

The apartments are simply furnished and feature a living room with a sofa bed for the third person and satellite TV (included), a rental safe, a kitchenette (equipped with, among other things, a coffee machine and toaster), a separate bedroom, a bathroom with bathtub/toilet, and a furnished balcony or terrace (A12).
