Further facilities include a lobby with reception, lifts, a buffet restaurant with show cooking, the à la carte restaurant "El Portalon" with an outdoor terrace (for a fee/Spanish specialities), a lounge bar (tapas & wine, live music, cocktails), 2 bars and 2 snack and pool bars.
The à la carte restaurant "El Portalon" with its award-winning cuisine is one of the best restaurants on the island.
In the garden area there are 3 heated freshwater pools with sun terraces (1 of which is Adults Only from 18 years), 2 whirlpools and 2 children's pools with a water play area.
Sun loungers, umbrellas and bath towels are included by the pool.
Wi-Fi is also available throughout the hotel and in the rooms (free), as well as parking, a laundry service (for a fee) and a games room.

Spacious apartments (approx. 42 m²), renovated in 2019 and further modernized in 2021, located in the main building and featuring a separate bedroom, a living room, a well-equipped bathroom with hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, shower and toilet.

2 Bedroom Apartment

Equipped similarly to the 1-bedroom apartments, but slightly more spacious (approx. 46 m²) and with 2 bedrooms (A23).

2 Bedroom Bungalow

The bungalows (up to 62 m²), renovated in 2019 and further modernized in 2021, are located in the garden area.
They feature two separate bedrooms with single beds (which can be joined to form a double bed), a living room, two well-equipped, full bathrooms with shower, bathtub, cosmetic mirror and hairdryer, as well as a spacious furnished terrace with sun loungers and a rooftop terrace for private sunbathing.
Also equipped with a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, capsule coffee machine, kettle, toaster, etc., air conditioning (free), satellite TV (with German channels/in the living room and bedroom), telephone, Chromecast technology, rental safe, USB charging ports and free Wi-Fi (B24).

Breakfast and dinner served buffet-style, with show cooking. Themed evenings are held several times a week. Half-board guests receive a discount at the à la carte restaurant.
