The complex is centrally located, approximately 500 meters from the sandy beach of Playa del Inglés.
On the beach promenade, you will find restaurants, bars, and shops.
The "Yumbo" shopping and entertainment center is about a 10-minute walk away.
The airport is approximately 30 km away.

The complex has 54 apartments spread over 5 floors.
It offers a reception, Wi-Fi throughout the hotel complex (free of charge), and an elevator.
In the outdoor area, there is a swimming pool, a separate children's pool, and a sun terrace with sun loungers and umbrellas.

The apartments are modernly furnished and feature a living room with sleeping space for a 5th person, a kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave, rental safe, free flat-screen satellite TV, fan (no air conditioning), a bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, and 2 separate bedrooms, as well as a furnished terrace or balcony (A22).

Bungalow 2 Bedrooms
