This apartment complex is located in the preferred apartment and villa district of Playa del Inglés.
The promenade to the well-known beach of Playa del Inglés can be reached in approx. 200 meters.
The shopping centers "Yumbo Center" and "Cita" are about a 5-10 minute walk away.
The airport is approx. 31 km away.

Facilities

The complex with 30 units spread over 3 floors offers a small reception (open several times a week for a few hours during the day, otherwise key handover and support is provided by the property manager and tour guide), Wi-Fi throughout the complex (free), a swimming pool (can be heated in winter) and a sun terrace with loungers and sunshades.

The apartments, modernized in 2025, are brightly and friendly furnished and feature a combined living/sleeping area with sleeping facilities for the 3rd person, kitchenette with microwave, coffee machine and small refrigerator, satellite TV, air conditioning (free/individually adjustable/either in the bedroom or in the living room, not in both rooms), rental safe (deposit required), bathroom with shower/WC and hairdryer, as well as a separate bedroom and a furnished balcony or terrace (A12).
