Location

This apartment complex is located in the preferred apartment and villa district of Playa del Inglés, directly on the pedestrian promenade (direct access) above the beach.
You can reach Playa del Inglés beach in a few minutes' walk via a staircase.
Numerous bars with live music, restaurants, and souvenir shops, as well as the well-known "Hard Rock Café" are located on the beach.
The "Yumbo Center" and "Cita" shopping centers are approximately 1.4 km away each.
The airport is about 31 km away.

The small complex with 15 units spread over 3 floors offers free Wi-Fi throughout the complex, a swimming pool (heated in winter), and a sun terrace with loungers and umbrellas.
There is no reception. Key handover and assistance are provided by the property manager and tour guide.

The apartments are brightly and friendly furnished and have a combined living/sleeping area with sleeping facilities for the 3rd person, a kitchenette with a microwave, coffee machine, and a small refrigerator, free satellite TV, a safe for rent (deposit required), a bathroom with shower/WC and hairdryer, as well as a separate bedroom and a furnished balcony or terrace (A12).
Also bookable with a side sea view (2AS).
