Location

This apartment complex is located in the preferred apartment and villa district of Playa del Inglés, directly on the pedestrian promenade (direct access) above the beach.
You can reach the Playa del Inglés beach in a few minutes' walk via a staircase.
Numerous bars with live music, restaurants, and souvenir shops, as well as the well-known "Hard Rock Café" are located on the beach.
The "Yumbo Center" and "Cita" shopping centers are approximately 1.4 km away each.
The airport is approximately 31 km away.

Facilities

The small complex with 15 units spread over 3 floors offers free Wi-Fi throughout the complex, a swimming pool (can be heated in winter), sun terrace with loungers and parasols.
There is no reception. Key handover and support are provided by the property manager and the tour guide.

The apartments are bright and friendly, featuring a combined living/sleeping area with a sleeping facility for the 3rd person, kitchenette with microwave, coffee machine, and small refrigerator, free satellite TV, rental safe (deposit required), bathroom with shower/WC and hairdryer, as well as a separate bedroom and a furnished balcony or terrace (A12).
Also bookable with a side sea view (2AS).
