Location

This bungalow complex is centrally located yet relatively quiet.
It is one of the best-maintained properties in Playa del Inglés.
Only a few minutes' walk from the main shopping and entertainment centers "La Sandia", "Cita" and "Yumbo".
It is approx. 1 km to the sandy beach of Playa del Inglés.
The airport is approx. 34 km away.

Facilities

The 76 terraced bungalows are grouped around a spacious, well-maintained garden with large lawns and shady tropical trees, an attractive pool landscape (heatable in winter) with small bridge crossings, an integrated children's pool, a whirlpool, a sunbathing area with sun loungers (free of charge) and a children's playground.
The central building houses the reception, Wi-Fi throughout the complex (included), a pool bar and a cozy breakfast restaurant.

Bungalow 1 Bedroom

These are tastefully and comfortably furnished (approx. 51 m²) and include a combined living room with a built-in sofa bed for the 3rd person, air conditioning (for a fee), satellite TV (free), telephone, dining area with a built-in corner bench and dining table, separate fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine and toaster, microwave, large refrigerator and 2 ceramic hobs, separate bedroom, small patio for drying laundry and a private furnished terrace, bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, safe (for rent).
A few bungalows are located on the street side. Some steps are present (B12).
(Preferred location is only possible as a non-binding customer request).

Bungalow Superior

These have the same furnishings as the 1-bedroom bungalows, but feature air conditioning (free/individually adjustable in the living and bedroom), a safe (free) and pool towels (free), and are located in the interior of the complex (2BU).

These have the same furnishings as the Superior bungalows, with an additional 2nd bedroom (22U).
