The "Cita" and "Yumbo" shopping and entertainment centers are just a few minutes' walk away.

This small, family-run terraced bungalow complex features 10 residential units.
The reception is open for a few hours during the day (key handover by the tour guide at the airport).
The outdoor area features a swimming pool (heatable in winter) with a sun terrace, sun loungers, and parasols, as well as a furnished chill-out area.
Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the entire complex.

Modernized in 2025, the bungalows are spacious and modern, featuring a separate bedroom, a living room with sleeping facilities for the 3rd person, a bathroom with shower/WC and hairdryer, kitchenette with refrigerator, coffee machine, microwave, and toaster, safe (free of charge), air conditioning, satellite flat-screen TV (free of charge, with German channels), as well as a furnished terrace facing the pool and a private terrace at the back of the bungalow (2BC).
Also available for single occupancy (1BC).
