Location

This small, 3-story apartment complex is located in the sought-after apartment and villa district of Playa del Inglés, directly on the pedestrian promenade above the beach.
You can reach the sandy beach directly via the adjacent promenade (partially via stairs) in a few minutes' walk.
The popular Yumbo shopping and entertainment center is approx. 1.2 km away, the Cita entertainment center is approx. 400 m away, and La Sandia is approx. 1 km away.
The airport is approx. 35 km away.

The adults-only complex (16 years and older) with 24 units has a reception (open for limited hours during the day) and Wi-Fi (free) throughout the complex.
The outdoor area consists of a small tropical garden with a saltwater swimming pool (heated in winter) and a sun terrace with loungers and sunshades/shaded areas.
The complex also offers a rooftop terrace with spectacular views of the surrounding area, dunes, and the sea.

1 Bedroom Apartment (Ground Floor)

The apartments are comfortably furnished, located on the ground floor, and feature a kitchenette with a refrigerator, coffee machine, microwave, kettle, and toaster, a small dining area, and a combined living/sleeping area with a sofa bed for the 3rd person, flat-screen satellite TV, a safe (for a fee), a bathroom with shower/WC, and a separate bedroom, as well as a furnished terrace (A12).
Also bookable for single occupancy (A11).

Equipped similarly to the 1st-floor apartments, these are located on the 2nd floor (top floor) and may have partial sea views due to vegetation (2AM).
