Located in the center of Playa del Inglés, on a side street, next to the well-known Hotel Sandy Beach, approximately 500m to the sandy beach of Playa del Inglés.
The popular Yumbo shopping center is just a few minutes' walk away.
The airport is approximately 30 km away.

The apartments are simply furnished with a combined living/sleeping area (sleeping facility for the 5th person) with a kitchenette (toaster, coffee machine, kettle, microwave, refrigerator), 2 separate bedrooms, air conditioning/heating in winter (centrally controlled, seasonal operation), satellite TV (free of charge), rental safe, bathroom with shower/toilet and hairdryer, and a furnished balcony (A22).
