Located in the center of Playa del Inglés, in the 1st beach row and directly on the beach promenade.
The beach, which can be reached via stairs, is approx. 300 m away.
Restaurants, bars, disco pubs/nightclubs and shopping facilities are located in the vicinity.
The local bus stop can be reached in just a few minutes' walk.

Beautiful small, adults-only complex, renovated in 2025, with 10 apartments spread over 2 floors and Wi-Fi (free of charge).
In the outdoor area, there is a swimming pool (facing the sea) with a sun terrace, sun loungers, and a whirlpool.
There is direct access to the beach promenade.
Key collection and guest service are provided by the property manager and the tour guide respectively.

The apartments are pleasantly furnished and feature 2 separate bedrooms, a living area, kitchenette with coffee machine, refrigerator, microwave, flat-screen satellite TV (free of charge), rental safe, bathroom with shower/WC, as well as a furnished balcony or terrace.
Accommodation can be on the ground floor or 1st floor (A22).
