Located in the preferred apartment and villa district of Playa del Inglés, directly on the pedestrian promenade above the beach with a fantastic panoramic view of the sea, this beautiful and quiet complex.
The sandy beach can be reached directly via the adjacent promenade in a few minutes' walk.
The popular shopping and entertainment center "Yumbo" is approx. 1 km away, the entertainment center "Cita" is approx. 300 m to 400 m away.
The airport is approx. 31 km away.

The beautiful complex has a total of 117 apartments, divided into six blocks, with a small reception and a mini-market.
Each block has a separate garden area with a well-kept sunbathing lawn, a swimming pool with loungers, which is oriented towards the sea and offers a dreamlike view over the dunes.
The pool in blocks 2, 4, and 7 can be heated in winter (all guests can use any pool in any block).
Wi-Fi is available to guests throughout the complex and in the apartments (for a fee).

Accommodation

Apartment Sea Side (bookable until 30.4.26)

The apartments (approx. 35-40m²) are friendly furnished with a separate bedroom (2 single beds), living room with sleeping accommodation for the third person, kitchenette with refrigerator, toaster, coffee machine, microwave, ceramic hob, bathroom with shower/WC and hairdryer, furnished balcony or terrace, flat-screen satellite TV and safe (free).
All apartments are oriented towards the sea and the pools, but not all have a sea view.
The sea-side apartments are on the ground floor and have direct access to the pool (A2M).
Also bookable for single use (A1M).
It can get crowded with maximum occupancy.
