Location

This beautiful and quiet complex is located in the preferred apartment and villa district of Playa del Inglés, directly on the pedestrian promenade above the beach with a fantastic panoramic view of the sea.
You can reach the sandy beach directly via the adjacent promenade in just a few minutes' walk.
The popular "Yumbo" shopping and entertainment center is approx. 1 km away, and the "Cita" entertainment center is approx. 300 m to 400 m away.
The airport is approximately 31 km away.

Facilities

The beautiful complex has a total of 117 apartments, divided into six blocks, with a small reception and a mini-market.
Each block has a separate garden area with a well-maintained lawn, a swimming pool with sun loungers, which is oriented towards the sea and offers a fantastic view over the dunes.
The pools in blocks 2, 4, and 7 can be heated in winter (all guests can use any pool in any block).
Wi-Fi is available to guests throughout the complex and in the apartments (for a fee).

Superior Apartment Sea Side

Renovated in 2025, these apartments (approx. 35-40m²) are pleasantly furnished with a separate bedroom (2 separate beds), a living room with sleeping space for a third person, a kitchenette with refrigerator, toaster, coffee machine, microwave, ceramic hob, bathroom with shower/WC and hairdryer, flat-screen satellite TV and safe (free of charge) as well as a furnished terrace.
All apartments are oriented towards the sea and the pools, but not all have a sea view.
The apartments on the sea side are located on the ground floor and have direct access to the pool (steps are present) (AM2).
Also bookable for single occupancy (1WM).

Superior Apartment Sea View

Equipped the same as the Superior Apartment Sea Side, but located on the 1st or 2nd floor and featuring a sea view and a furnished balcony (APM).
Also bookable for single occupancy (AAE).
