Location

Located in the sought-after apartment and villa district of Playa del Inglés, directly on the promenade above the beach with fantastic panoramic sea views, this beautiful and tranquil complex awaits you.
You can reach the sandy beach directly via the adjacent promenade in just a few minutes' walk.
The popular shopping and entertainment center "Yumbo" is approximately 1 km away, and the "Cita" entertainment center is between 300m and 400m away.
The airport is approximately 31 km away.

Facilities

The beautiful complex comprises a total of 117 apartments spread across six blocks, featuring a small reception area and a mini-market.
Each block has its own separate garden area with a well-maintained sunbathing lawn and a swimming pool with loungers, all oriented towards the sea and offering a dreamlike view over the dunes.
The pool in blocks 2, 4, and 7 can be heated in winter (all guests have access to any pool in any block).
Wi-Fi is available to guests throughout the complex and in the apartments (for a fee).

Superior Apartment, Sea Side

The apartments (approx. 35-40m²), renovated in 2025, are cheerfully furnished with a separate bedroom (2 single beds), a living area with a sofa bed for a third person, a kitchenette with a fridge, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, ceramic hob, a bathroom with shower/WC and hairdryer, a furnished balcony or terrace, flat-screen satellite TV, and a safe (free of charge).
All apartments are oriented towards the sea and the pools, but not all have sea views.
The sea-side apartments are located on the ground floor and offer direct access to the pool (steps are present) (AM2).
Also available for single occupancy (1WM).

Superior Apartment, Sea View

Equipped like the Superior Apartments, Sea Side, but located on the 1st or 2nd floor and offering sea views (APM).
Also available for single occupancy (AAE).
