Location

Located in the preferred apartment and villa district of Playa del Inglés, directly on the pedestrian promenade above the beach with a fantastic panoramic view of the sea, this beautiful and quiet complex awaits you.
You can reach the sandy beach directly via the adjacent promenade in just a few minutes.
The popular shopping and entertainment center "Yumbo" is approx. 1 km away, and the entertainment center "Cita" is approx. 300 m to 400 m away.
The airport is approximately 31 km away.

The beautiful complex has a total of 117 apartments, divided into six blocks, with a small reception and a mini-market.
Each block has a separate garden area with a well-maintained sunbathing lawn, a swimming pool with loungers, which is oriented towards the sea and offers a dreamlike view over the dunes.
The pool in blocks 2, 4, and 7 can be heated in winter (all guests can use any pool in any block).
Wi-Fi is available to guests throughout the complex and in the apartments (for a fee).

Accommodation

Seaside Apartment (bookable until 30.4.26)

The apartments (approx. 35-40m²) are friendly furnished with a separate bedroom (2 single beds), living room with sleeping facility for the third person, kitchenette with refrigerator, toaster, coffee machine, microwave, ceramic hob, bathroom with shower/WC and hairdryer, furnished balcony or terrace, flat-screen satellite TV and safe (free).
All apartments are oriented towards the sea and the pools, but not all have a sea view.
The seaside apartments are located on the ground floor and have direct access to the pool (A2M).
Also bookable for single occupancy (A1M).
It can get crowded with maximum occupancy.
