Centrally located, relatively quiet, approx. 200 m to the beach promenade.
From the promenade, it's about 400 m to the beach via stairs.
Adjacent is the shopping center "La Sandia" with supermarkets, bars, and restaurants.
Other entertainment centers like "Cita" and "Yumbo" can be reached in a few minutes' walk.

Facilities

The well-equipped complex with 119 units spread over 7 floors is popular with regular guests and features a reception, elevators, a bar, and a restaurant.
In the garden, there is a swimming pool with a separate children's pool (heated in winter), a sun terrace with loungers and a pool bar, as well as a children's playground.
Free Wi-Fi in the reception area.

1 Bedroom Apartment
