Lage

At the entrance of Playa del Inglés and only separated from the sea and the small beach cove of El Veril by a side street, which is connected to the large beach of Playa del Inglés via another small stretch of beach.
The center of Playa del Inglés can be reached via the beach promenade in approx. 20 minutes on foot.
The airport is about 28 km away.

Ausstattung

The 5-story building, partially renovated in 2021, with a total of 67 residential units, has a reception with a lounge area, free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, a restaurant with a terrace, a supermarket, and an à la carte restaurant (for a fee/external provider).
In the outdoor area, there is a swimming pool, a separate children's pool, sun loungers, and Suns.

The friendly furnished studios have a combined living and sleeping area with a sleeping facility for a child, satellite TV, a rental safe, a kitchenette with a coffee machine and toaster, a bathroom with shower/WC and hairdryer, and a furnished balcony (S12).
